Our Founder has a professional career spanning over 35yrs.
Sharyn has a passion for business and the people who drive them. She has worked directly with all levels of government across Australia and held a variety of positions including working as an accountant, a trainer, business consultant, CEO, head of a national business coaching program, mentor and owner of her own multi million dollar businesses in construction and also tourism.
She has also juggled her career around raising three children whilst competing in various sports at an elite level. More recently she overcame a battle with cancer.
Sharyn specialises in developing the strength of the individual to drive change in their own business and life. She has built a portfolio of tens of thousands of client success stories across every industry throughout Australia and internationally.
Sharyn has been a lifetime community supporter of a broad range of charity projects and events. She also actively works with not for profit organisations across Australia who champion the marginalised and less fortunate. Her impact is expansive and formidable.
